Client email responses are generally provided within two business days.

Based on buyer requirements, we assist suppliers in developing samples, offer feasibility suggestions, and arrange sample production and shipping. Mass production begins only after buyer confirmation.
4.Order Management
We draft purchase contracts and pro forma invoices, overseeing suppliers to ensure strict adherence to buyer-approved specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules.

We implement dedicated management of buyer payments to ensure fund security, providing clear, verifiable billing statements on a regular basis.
